Planning & Consulting

Before

In the early days of a new project, a system solution must be selected, drawings and schematics need to be designed, and plans presented. Other general questions must also be addressed, such as:

How should the solar shading interact with other systems driving the building?
Are there any specific needs or wishes from the tenants?
What level of management is expected?
How do the surroundings affect our façades in terms of shadows during the day/year?
Are there any particular safety parameters we need to take into account?

Installation & Commissioning

During

During the installation phase, we can provide various types of support and services, depending on what is required.

Installation – we can support the electrical installation making sure the installer has the information needed to do the job thoroughly and securely.

Integration - our technicians are experts in both open protocol solutions, like KNX, LON or IP and in Somfy proprietary systems. We can support a smooth integration with the building’s BMS, when such exists.

Commissioning - after installation, we verify that the system is fully operational and performing in accordance with the design and specified requirements.

Maintenance & Modernization

After

In order to give the system solution a long lifespan and to continuously perform optimally, proper maintenance is required. We tailor our services to your needs.
